1.0 DEFINITIONS 

1.1 BOOKMAKER – The bookmaker is Global Gaming Group Ltd T/A CyberTab and www.cybertab.net. Global Gaming Group Ltd is licensed by the Costa Rican authorities to accept wagers via electronic gaming only.

1.2 CLIENT – A client is an account holder with the bookmaker, or any person acting on behalf of the client.

1.3 SERVICES – Services shall mean all services supplied by the bookmaker to the client and includes any advice or recommendations.

 

2.0 GENERAL

2.1 This Privacy Policy is in addition to CyberTab’s Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with such Terms and Conditions.

 

3.0 PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 The Bookmaker collects a variety of personal information in the course of its business.

3.2 The Bookmaker will only collect personal information to the extent that it is necessary to its business practices.

             3.2.1 This information will only by collected by lawful and fair means.

3.3 The Bookmaker collects personal information from our customers for the purpose of providing services to those customers.

3.3.1 The Bookmaker may also use contact details for the purpose of sending information about products and services to our customers.

3.4 If you think that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, please contact our customer service department (by email only) with the corrected/updated information via support@cybertab.net.

                        3.4.1 CyberTab will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.

3.4.2 We may require personal identification to affect the change of information.

3.5 The Bookmaker takes seriously its obligation to safeguard personal information about its customers.

3.6 The Bookmaker will endeavor to keep the clients personal information private and confidential.

3.7 Our employees, agents, contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information.

3.8 The bookmaker is not liable for any of its employees, agents, contractors or representatives’ breaching the privacy policy as this is considered to be an unauthorised act.

4.0 SECURITY

         

4.1 CyberTab does not sell personal information to other companies

4.2 The only circumstance where a clients information is passed on to another entity or company is where a related company, entity or contractors and service providers are acting on behalf of CyberTab and are helping us operate our business or provide a service to you on our behalf.

4.3 CyberTab requires these parties to agree to our Privacy Policy and to strict conditions governing how this information may be used.

4.4 All of CyberTab’s clients’ information is held on secure servers.

 

5.0 BOOKMAKERS RIGHTS

5.1 The Bookmaker reserves the right to change, amend or add to this Privacy Policy as it sees fit without providing further notice other than posting the current Privacy Policy on the website (www.cybertab.net).

5.2 You should review this page periodically so that you are updated on any changes to the policy as it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they are up to date with the current CyberTab Privacy Policy.
